Gain the respect of your followers so you don’t lose them to the next bigger, better deal. People who respect your leadership will be fanatical followers. Gain respect by doing what you say, being honest, having high moral and ethical standards, and treating others better than you would treat yourself. Avoid respect killers such as talking down to your followers and being disinterested in them.
